Educational Counselling Specialist (maternity leave cover) Reporting to the Head of Enrollment and Student Services, the Educational Counselling Specialist support the promotion of NABA programs, recruiting and counseling candidates and ensuring follow-up throughout the application process. He/She will ensure field feedback on Marketing, Recruitment and Enrollment activities, supporting the organization of on-campus promotional events and ensuring the enrollment and admissions process.
The selected candidate will take care of the following activities:
Manage and optimize the enrollment process by qualifying leads through the CRM system (Salesforce).
Support the management of digital communications (emails, invitations, and follow-ups) in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
Conduct follow-up and recall activities with prospective students, providing administrative and bureaucratic support throughout the enrollment process, and prepare reports for internal committees.
Assist in the organization and coordination of admission exams.
Support the assignment process for merit-based scholarships and assist in admissions, including the coordination of portfolio/CV evaluations and interviews with faculty members.
Organize and conduct interviews with prospective students to support and facilitate enrollment.
Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, promoting the academic offer through presentations, educational fairs, orientation sessions, and follow-up activities with prospective students.
Prepare and monitor weekly reports on lead generation and pipeline status.
Support the organization of on-campus promotional events, such as Open Days and admission tests, while providing guidance and counseling to prospective students and their families.
Profile &
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Student‑and results‑oriented, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to targets and deadlines.
Previous experience in education, sales, or customer‑facing roles is a plus
