MSCA Postdoc: Ekphrasis in Antiquity & Beyond

Università degli Studi di Verona is offering a Postdoctoral Fellowship focused on ancient and modern ekphrasis under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Stavru. The fellowship invites scholars to engage in research that explores the impact of emotions on philosophy, rhetorics, and human practices.
Eligible candidates must hold a PhD by September 9, 2026, have up to 8 years of research experience, and should not have resided in Italy for more than 12 months in the last 36 months. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments are required.
