Erasmus Mobility Academy (EMA) is looking for a professional tour guide to lead field study sessions for our Cultural Heritage

Education:

Rome course — a structured Erasmus+ KA1 training programme for educators from across Europe.

Assignment Dates & Routes

Tuesday, 14 July:
Colosseum exterior, Arch of Constantine, Via dei Fori Imperiali, Capitoline Hill / panoramic overview of the Roman Forum

Wednesday, 15 July:
Vatican City / St. Peter's Square and Basilica, Trastevere neighbourhood

Working Hours
09:30 – 15:30. Given the heat of July, session timing can be flexibly adjusted to cooler parts of the day based on group needs and mutual agreement.

Your Responsibilities

Lead guided walks across Rome's most significant cultural and historical sites

Deliver content in an interactive, discussion-driven style appropriate for adult educators

Coordinate with the course facilitator to align the field experience with the programme's pedagogical objectives

Assist with group logistics at ticketed venues where applicable

What We're Looking For

Licensed or experienced tour guide with strong knowledge of Rome's history, art and architecture (official licence preferred but not required)

Fluent in English — all sessions are delivered in English

Experience guiding adult and/or international groups

Familiarity with Erasmus+ or educational programmes is a strong advantage
