Realizzare il processo di insegnamento/apprendimento volto o promuovere lo sviluppo umano, culturale e civile degli alunni, sulla base degli obiettivi previsti dagli ordinamenti scolastici definiti per i vali ordini e gradi dell'istruzione;
Svolgere attività individuali e collegiali e partecipare alle attività di aggiornamento e formazione;
Adottare l’articolazione del Piano dell’Offerta Formativa alle differenziate esigenze degli alunni;
Individuare, nel rispetto dell’offerta formativa della scuola, i nuclei tematici disciplinari adeguati ai livelli dello studente;
Assicurare la metodologia più adeguata allo stile di apprendimento dello studente;
Definire percorsi didattici orientati ai bisogni formativi;
Comunicare e motivare le sue scelte formative e i risultati alla famiglia;
Provvedere alla valutazione dell’alunno secondo indicatori di apprendimento;
Assicurare, nel rispetto delle potenzialità dell'alunno, il progresso nell’ apprendimento;
Collaborare con il docente di sostegno nella redazione del Piano di Vita dell'alunno diversamente abile e/o con svantaggio socio culturale.
Competenze, qualifiche ed esperienza
Aver conseguito il titolo di studio di accesso all’insegnamento (Laurea Magistrale);
Aver conseguito l’abilitazione all’insegnamento per la classe di concorso A027;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2);
Buone capacità organizzative;
Buone capacità relazionali;
Inserimento al VI livello del CCNL degli ANINSEI - Scuole Private Laiche.
