Offer Description contract pursuant to Article 24 of Law No. 240/2010 (hereinafter "Tenure Track Assistant Professor contract") for a non-renewable six-year term;

specific functions: the successful candidate will be employed at the Department of Law and Institutions. The successful candidate will undertake teaching and research duties consistent with the academic disciplinary field of the call and with the main research lines of the University, its Research Centers, and its Schools, with a particular focus on Philosophy of Law. The successful candidate must be able to teach in both Italian and English.
Teaching, supplementary teaching, and student support activities will amount to 350 hours per year, of which 90 hours will be dedicated to formal teaching activities. Teaching activities will be carried out within the framework of the University's undergraduate, single-cycle, and graduate degree programmes and will include lectures, seminars, theoretical and practical activities, assistance in examinations, and any teaching duties assigned as part of the candidate's institutional responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
Teaching activities will be carried out within the relevant academic disciplinary field of the call (GIUR-17/A - Philosophy of Law). In particular, teaching and research activities may focus on the following areas:
legal argumentation and reasoning;
law and economics;
ethical and social issues related to digital transformation.
