Per la sede di Vittorio Veneto (TV), stiamo cercando un/a JUNIOR TECHNICAL TRAINER (Formatore/Formatrice tecnico/a) che sarà inserito/a all'interno dell'area Customer Service. La risorsa selezionata si occuperà, inizialmente in affiancamento e successivamente in maniera autonoma, di erogare formazione inerente alle macchine di soffiaggio e di riempimento di nostra produzione.
Responsabilità
Progettare ed erogare corsi di formazione di figure tecniche per clienti e personale interno SIPA in HQ and presso sedi cliente;
Identificazione e ottimizzazione dei fabbisogni formativi;
Redazione della documentazione e delle procedure Training;
Assessment e monitoraggio delle performance dei partecipanti;
Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di massima qualità della formazione.
