To support the expansion of its Asset Management activities in Greece, our client is looking for a Technical Asset Manager (Greek & English Speaker) . Reporting to the Senior Technical Asset Manager, you will act as the key technical interface between asset owners, local stakeholders and operational partners, ensuring the optimal performance of a portfolio of solar assets while protecting the client's interests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the technical performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, primarily solar PV installations in Greece.
Act as the main point of contact between asset owners, operators, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor operational and contractual performance, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory and HSE requirements.
Analyse plant performance, identify optimisation opportunities and coordinate corrective actions.
Review operational reports and present performance updates to clients.
Coordinate site inspections, technical audits and contractor activities when required.
Handle technical issues, claims and warranty-related matters.
Build strong relationships with Greek subcontractors and international clients while representing the client's interests at all times.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Asset Management business.
Profile
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Technical Asset Management, Operations or O&M contract management within the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of solar, wind and/or battery storage technologies.
Experience managing external contractors and client relationship s in an international environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations autonomously.
Diplomatic, resilient and confident communicator capable of influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
Fluent Greek and English (both written and spoken) are essential.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Greece and other European locations.
What's on Offer
Approximately €45,000–50,000 base salary, depending on experience.
Annual performance bonus.
