Quotation Specialist

BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p. A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxitc characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry. We are currently looking for a   Quotation Specialist   that will mainly ensure:

• Process the technical evaluation of Request For Proposal (RFP) with the support of the appropriate business functions;

• Manage with the client the finalization of feasibility studies related to potential projects;

• Prepare and discuss the agenda for submission to the Pricing Committee;

• Manage and issue the documentation related to the Quotation group: equiries tracker, funnell,
etc.

• Prepare Quotations and Change of Scope for submission to potential and existing clients;

• Manage meetings with assigned new clients;

• Manage Reports.

Main Requirements:

• MA degree (Engineering / CTF / Chemistry / Biology..);

• At last 2 years of experience in similar roles in complex organizations;

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes;

• Knowledge of GMP;

• Fluent English working knowledge;

• Great can-do attitude.
