About the Role:

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Supervisor to join our Construction team and oversee civil, structural and architectural works on site, ensuring safe execution in line with quality, schedule and project specifications. You will report to the Construction Site Manager and work closely with engineering, quality, contractors and other discipline supervisors.

Responsibilities:

Supervise civil and structural construction works (earthworks, foundations, concrete, steel, buildings, drainage, infrastructure)
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and procedures

Monitor contractor performance, progress and resources

Review method statements, ITPs and quality documentation

Oversee site activities (excavation, reinforcement, anchor bolts, concrete, back filling)
Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams

Manage discipline handovers

Support resolution of technical issues and non-conformities

Ensure punch lists are tracked and closed

Verify HSE compliance on site Prepare progress reports

Support completion and handover phases

Review as-built and red-mark documentation

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering8–10 years of experience in construction supervision

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of concrete, steel structures and site QA/QCExperience with drawings, specs and ITPsAbility to read multidisciplinary drawings

HSE awareness

Fluent English Availability for international long-term assignments

Pay range and compensation package:
Permanent, full-time contract. Competitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €65,000 – €90,000 gross/year). Additional allowances, including:

International assignment / travel allowance

Daily subsistence allowance (per diem)
