Experteer Italy is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management for a flagship data centre project in Milan. This role entails overseeing MEP packages, maintaining cost certainty, and ensuring contract compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quantity surveying, particularly within large-scale industrial projects, and will possess strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers an overseas package including accommodation and a bonus scheme.
