Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will shape Italy and Southern Europe public policy strategies to support Corteva’s global business objectives. You will lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, regulators, and industry groups, and coordinate with regional and global teams to align advocacy efforts. You will analyze political and regulatory trends to adapt strategies and promote Corteva’s reputation. This is an opportunity to influence policy in a multinational, highly regulated sector and contribute to cross-border collaboration and transformation.

Retribuzione / Benefits Shape and prioritize public policy strategies for Italy and Southern Europe Analyze legislative and regulatory trends and develop adaptive strategies

Lead stakeholder engagement plans with policymakers, regulators, NGOs, and trade associations

Promote Corteva’s reputation through targeted advocacy and public affairs activities

Collaborate with regional and global teams to align advocacy objectives

Support creation and refinement of policies using regulatory insight

Ensure strategic alignment of business goals with public policy initiatives

Build and maintain relationships with regional policymakers and industry leaders

Manage budgets for advocacy activities, memberships, and contributions

Advise on legislative and regulatory changes through policy dialogue

Uphold organizational values in all interactions

Responsabilità5-8 years of experience in government or industry affairs with a multi-country or global perspective

Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public affairs, government, or related discipline

Deep network in the Italian politico-industrial landscape

Advanced knowledge of European government affairs and policy processes

Experience in advocacy, policy analysis, and relationship management with senior officials

Track record of collaborating with government entities for incentives and partnerships

Experience in multinational, highly regulated sectors is advantageous

Full professional proficiency in Italian and English; additional EU languages are a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
