The role will report to the Head Therapist & Spa Supervisor.
Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.
The hotel is featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials and body therapies, following brand standards
- Ensure a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests
- Tailor treatments to guest needs, delivering a personalised wellness experience
- Promote spa services and retail products with a professional and customer-centric approach
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and overall spa cleanliness and hygiene
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the pre-opening activities, contributing to set-up, standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in 5
* star hotels or premium wellness centres
- Professional certification in massage therapy and aesthetics
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques and wellness products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-oriented attitude with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic, pre-opening environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
