Assistant Room Service Manager - Six Senses

As Room Service Supervisor, you will align with Six Senses’ vision to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them, and uphold our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky, and pioneering wellness.
Responsibilities   Review bookings and plan for the smooth department operation during shift.
Ensure the F&B area is checked prior to opening to guests and that all areas are clean, properly equipped, and maintained to a high standard.
Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and comments.
Assist in scheduling, training and providing feedback to F&B Host.
Supervise the F&B Room Service team.
Work with an empathetic attitude.
Ensure prompt and efficient room service in line with standards.
Ensure all mis-en-place for Room Service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service.
Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day-to-day activities.
Have good knowledge of all F&B outlets opening hours.
Knowledge of menu prices and upselling when appropriate.
Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
Maintain Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation; strive to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications   High school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years experience in a full room-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are preferred.
Eligible to work in Italy.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
