WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE NIGHT
As a Night Auditor , you will:
Welcome late arrivals and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
Handle overnight operations, from check-ins and check-outs to guest requests
Complete end-of-day procedures, balancing accounts and verifying transactions
Review and reconcile daily revenue reports with accuracy and integrity
Ensure all systems (Opera Cloud, POS, etc.) are properly closed and reset for the next day
Collaborate with Finance and Front Office teams to maintain flawless records
Maintain safety, security, and calm across the hotel during the night hours
Be the reassuring presence that ensures our guests rest easy - and our morning team starts strong
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
You’ll gain a 360° understanding of luxury front-office operations, with a strong foundation in finance, auditing, and overnight management.
We’ll train you in Opera Cloud, LQA and Forbes standards, and the operational flow of a five-star pre-opening.
Most importantly, you’ll discover the quiet magic of making a hotel run perfectly — even while the world sleeps.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience as Night Auditor or in a front-office role within a luxury hotel
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Fluency in Italian and English (another language is a plus)
Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS is an advantage (training provided)
Calm, reliable, and solution-oriented - even under pressure
Flexible and proactive, especially in a pre-opening environment
You take pride in precision and find beauty in balance
