Your Profile

Experience in hospitality  or bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations

A  confident, hands-on leader  who supports the team with a positive attitude

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable  managing reservations , organizing events, and supporting in-house promotions

Familiar with  hospitality tech tools  like POS systems, booking platforms, and basic reporting

Able to support the kitchen team, with a basic understanding of food service and coordination

Fluent in English  (spoken and written);
German is a plus and helpful for daily operations

Flexible availability , including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events

Your Responsibilities

Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detail

Leading daily operations , including staff supervision and shift management

Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere  for sports, music, and celebrations

Coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth service

Overseeing a menu  of home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktails

Managing bookings, events, and in-house promotions

Monitoring the quality of service , food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectations

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Supporting stock control , ordering, and opening/closing procedures
