Position: Front Office Agent - Hotel Cipriani, stagione 2026
Job Overview
In the 2026 season we are looking to expand the reception team at Hotel Cipriani, Belmond Hotel, Venice by recruiting a Front Office Agent and a Front Office Agent for the night shift (two nights per week, replacing the Night Supervisor).

The positions are full‑time, running from the start of April to the end of September 2026.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for luxury hospitality and a dedication to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, demonstrating attentiveness, courtesy, and proactivity at all moments.

Responsibilities
Primary duties include welcoming arriving guests, logging and preparing keys, escorting and rooming, responding to all requests and anticipating needs when possible, handling complaints, coordinating and communicating appropriately with all departments, adhering to LQA standards and internal procedures, recording preferences and posting any incidental charges, and verifying and processing guest transactions.

Requirements

Previous experience in a 5
* or 4*+ hotel position is essential; fluency in Italian and English is required. French proficiency is preferred.

Strong communication and active listening skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of LQA standards will be considered a plus.

Candidates must possess the required documents to work in Italy at the time of application.

Applicants lacking at least 2–3 years of experience in a comparable role and category will not be considered.
