Role Description  This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Director at Terradimare Resort & Spa in San Teodoro. The Hotel Director will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including managing budgets, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading team training initiatives, and ensuring high service quality in all departments, including Food & Beverage and guest services. The role involves maintaining the resort's reputation for offering exceptional guest experiences while exploring innovative marketing strategies to increase visibility and occupancy.

Collaboration with team members, vendors, and stakeholders will be an essential part of daily operations.
Qualifications   Proven experience in Budgeting and financial planning within the hospitality industry.
Strong expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and provide Training to team members for skill enhancement.
Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service excellence.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Proficiency in hospitality software and operational management systems.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in Italian and English is highly desirable, as well as experience in luxury or resort settings.
