The Hapimag Resort Cannero is idyllically situated on Lake Maggiore and features 134 apartments.
We create a truly memorable holiday experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations and leaves them delighted.
We are looking for a new Host for our Hapimag Resorts starting in January 2026.
What you can expect
Responsible for managing the resort, including budget preparation and target achievement
Leading and developing approximately 20 employees
Ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement of workflows, as well as creating employee schedules
Providing impeccable customer service
Serving as the point of contact for authorities
What you bring along
Completed hotel management training (or equivalent qualification)
At least 5 years of professional experience in the hotel or restaurant industry, including 2 years of management experience in a comparable position
Excellent written and spoken English and Italian skills (German is an advantage)
Knowledge of common software and hotel property management systems
