- Budgeting del personale e verifica del consuntivo - Analisi e monitoraggio del costo del lavoro in sinergia con il CFO - Implementazione di Procedure Operative Standard - Gestione di piani ferie e superivisione permessi e ROL - Procedure di onboarding per i nuovi assunti - Gestione e implementazione del Welfare aziendale - Rapporti con consulente del lavoro esterno vetrinabakeca
