Un'importante azienda di consulenza IT cerca un Help Desk di 1° livello per garantire la continuità operativa dei sistemi e supportare gli utenti. Il candidato ideale ha esperienza in Help Desk, conoscenze di strumenti di ticketing e ITIL, e buone doti comunicative. Offriamo un ambiente dinamico e 6 mesi di contratto con possibile proroga. Si richiede diploma di scuola secondaria superiore e capacità di problem solving.
