Job Title JUNIOR HELP DESK- APPARTENENTE ALLE CATEGORIE PROTETTE AMBITO ICT
Responsibilities Analizzare e risolvere le problematiche segnalate dagli utenti
Registrare le attività svolte nel sistema di ticketing e fare escalation al II livello di assistenza se necessario
Gestire le richieste di assistenza e proporre soluzioni efficaci
Qualifications Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette Art. 1/18 Legge 68/99
Diploma o laurea in informatica o affini
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Gradita esperienza in attività analoghe
Gradita conoscenza di SQL
Predisposizione al lavoro in team
Inquadramento da definire in sede di colloquio
Sede di lavoro Milano
