Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team in Rome and support our Operations department in daily activities related to client assistance, troubleshooting, and platform training. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn how technical support works in a SaaS company, gain exposure to international markets, and work closely with experienced support specialists.

Key responsibilities

Support the Customer Success team in managing inbound requests via chat, email, and phone
Assist with platform configuration and basic troubleshooting for new and existing clients
Update and maintain help center documentation and internal knowledge bases
Collaborate with the Product team to report bugs and suggest platform improvements
Support the organization of training sessions and onboarding calls with clients

Minimum requirements

Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (C1 minimum – written and spoken)
Availability to work  on-site  at our Rome office
