Responsibilities

Act as a trusted scientific expert, supporting evidence generation, engaging with KOLs, and delivering impactful medical insights to shape strategy and improve patient outcomes in oncology.

Develop and execute regional oncology medical engagement plans, targeting key oncology healthcare professionals and centers.

Facilitate investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and collaborate with external experts on scientific research.

Partner with physicians on publications, advisory boards, congresses and medical education activities.

Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on oncology data, including clinical trial results and treatment pathways.

Gather and communicate field-based medical insights to inform oncology strategy, lifecycle management and market access.

Support internal teams (Market Access, Commercial, Marketing) with oncology expertise and scientific input.

Deliver training on oncology topics to internal stakeholders.

Map and prioritize oncology centres, networks and thought leaders using CRM tools.

Qualifications

Advanced scientific degree (PhD, Pharm

D, MD or equivalent)

Approximately 2–3+ years’ experience as an MSL within Oncology or strong oncology clinical/research background

Real-world evidence (RWE) and data interpretation

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in medical affairs

Fluency in Italian (essential)
