Responsibilities
Identification of the solution to be implemented
Develop quality software and customization of Service Now Modules (one or more among ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, HR…)
Custom workflow development
Analyze and maintain existing software applications
Design highly scalable, testable code
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering
Development experience with front/back-end programming languages
Proven experience in related field
Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
Nice to have, one of the following certifications: CSA, CIS, CAS
Nice to have, English language skills
