Position: Director product design (ui)
About the Role Lead the global Tech design of user interfaces and user experiences across digital products, including web, TV, mobile, and connected devices. Define and evolve user-centric design strategies based on design thinking methodologies and best practices. Under the guidance of a team of 4 designers, you have to design the best (intuitive and beautiful) cross-platform interfaces ever. Responsibilities Own and manage the UI creativity roadmap, ensuring consistency and alignment across multiple digital products and platforms Design and deliver high-quality UI Projects, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and visual designs Ensure excellence in responsive UI/UX design for mobile, tablet, web applications, and HMI interfaces Act as the reference point for the digital design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and design leadership Drive rapid prototyping and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to validate concepts and solutions Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to translate business and user needs into effective experiences Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry standards, with a strong focus on wearable, sports, and wellness ecosystems Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints and user experiences Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.

Requirements & Qualifications 8+ years of proven experience in UI/UX Design for complex digital products and smart devices (Web, Mobile i OS/Android, Smart TVs, and HMI). 4+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, successfully guiding, mentoring, and scaling a team of designers. A strong, comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, cross-platform ecosystems, and pixel-perfect visual design. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).

Solid background in user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and translating data/metrics into actionable design improvements. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Tools & Hard Skills Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Principle, Protopie). Expertise in building, maintaining, and scaling comprehensive Design Systems across multiple platforms.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working closely with product management and engineering teams. Good understanding of frontend development constraints and capabilities (HTML, CSS, basic Java Script, React Native) to ensure seamless collaboration with developers. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for tackling complex user journey challenges.

High empathy for the end-user and a strong commitment to digital accessibility (WCAG standards). Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required for this global role. A strong passion for technology and lifestyle is highly valued.
