Euronext Clearing- Operational Risk Manager

Responsibilities   Lead identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation of operational & IT risks (cyber, resilience, continuity, third‑party, data).
Manage Key Risk Indicators and raise risk awareness across the company.
Implement and improve the Enterprise risk framework in line with DORA and industry standards.
Advise on risk policies, methodologies and control requirements to business teams.
Coordinate scenario analysis and support Recovery & Resolution Plans.
Deliver concise risk reporting to senior management, risk committees and the board.
Analyse incidents, emerging risks, recommend mitigation and follow‑up actions.
Draft risk assessments for strategic initiatives and projects.
Serve as regulator and auditor liaison, ensuring timely engagement.
Promote risk best practices and develop junior staff.
Qualifications   Master’s degree in CS, cyber‑security, engineering, IT, economics, finance or related field.
5‑6 years of experience in banking, regulation, audit or consulting, preferably in clearing or post‑trade.
Good knowledge of ISO/IEC
27001, ISO
22301, NIST, CIS, ITIL, DORA frameworks.
Broad understanding of end‑to‑end business, operational and IT processes.
Project coordination experience with regulatory authorities.
Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills for risk discussion.
Precision, detail‑oriented, able to meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English;
Microsoft Office proficiency.

Salary:
Gross Annual Salary 55000‑65000 euro.
