Attività principali
Troubleshooting su rete LAN/Wi-Fi (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP/DNS, copertura/roaming)
Gestione postazioni : imaging/deployment, join a dominio, driver, patching, antivirus/EDR
Gestione periferiche : stampanti/scanner/multifunzioni, supporto remoto
Operatività su Windows 10/11 e basi Windows Server :
Active Directory, OU/GPO, file/print, permessi NTFS
Monitoraggio e diagnosi:
Event Viewer (e strumenti base)
Ticketing, documentazione e gestione priorità/SLA
Plus (graditi)
Microsoft 365 / Entra (concetti base, MFA)
Virtualizzazione (Hyper-V/VMware/Proxmox – basi)
SQL base (SELECT/JOIN)
