Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach and support Agile teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum practices
Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well‑groomed and prioritized backlog
Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders
Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement through metrics and feedback
Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization
Foster a collaborative, self‑organizing, and high‑performing team environment
Act as a key point of contact between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Requirements5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory
Fluent English is required (international context)
Fluent Italian is required
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders at different levels
Experience working in international and distributed teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
