Experteer Overview In this role, you lead AI/tech product initiatives within Bain’s Customer Experience Transformation Solution. You own the outcome‑driven roadmap, balance build/buy/partner decisions, and guide a cross‑functional team to deliver innovative AI products. You mentor product managers, drive quarterly goals, and ensure strong data governance and strategic alignment with Bain’s objectives. You will partner with leaders to shape a scalable, market‑ready portfolio that elevates client outcomes and consulting value.
Retribuzione / Benefits Own the AI/tech product roadmap for the portfolio, integrating with other solution components and aligning with client needs and technical constraints
Lead discovery efforts, test hypotheses, and convert insights into tangible, client‑facing offerings
Mentor a team of product managers to foster a high‑performance culture
Define and execute quarterly OKRs and manage product backlog, positioning, budgeting, and go‑to‑market considerations
Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle for AI/tech innovations, from discovery to scaling and revenue impact
Draft business plans and ROI analyses to secure internal funding for new innovations
Collaborate with the Global Solution Leader to define 3‑year solution strategy and technical roadmap
Lead demos and build credibility with internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to data governance and firm‑wide policies across solutions
Deliver cross‑product strategic initiatives and report progress to senior leadership
Responsabilità6-9 years of product management experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a relevant field
Deep product intuition with validation and iteration bias Experience building AI‑related customer experience products
Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
Strong storytelling and stakeholder alignment skills
Experience with LLMs or other AI tools
Agile product development lifecycle experience
Consulting or advisory background with client engagement experience
Self‑starter with strong problem solving and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial, servant leadership, and collaborative mindset
