It Project Manager; Mobile

Position: It Project Manager (Mobile)
Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a  Mobile Project Manager (App Merge Project)  in one of our opportunities in the  Technology  industry in  Italy ?

Your missions?

-  Lead the end-to-end delivery of the App Merge project, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.

-  Coordinate cross-country teams across Europe and India, fostering effective collaboration and alignment (Barcelona exposure is a plus).

-  Oversee all project phases: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

-  Ensure project governance, structured reporting, and clear communication to all stakeholders.

-  Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

-  Manage relationships with IT, business, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

-  Facilitate coordination across distributed teams and competing priorities.

-  Support the long-term strategic vision of the digital initiative, adapting to evolving business needs.

Your profile ?

-  Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

-  At least 5–7 years of experience in mobile project management or complex digital transformation projects.

-  Experience in structured project management methodologies, including Agile environments.

-  Proven experience managing international and cross-country teams.

-  Strong experience in stakeholder management across IT and business environments.

-  Knowledge of project reporting, governance tools, and budget management.

-  Fluent English and Italian are mandatory;
additional languages are a plus.

-  Ability to work in complex, multicultural, and distributed environments.

Compensation & Pay Transparenc y

-  Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 26,000 – EUR 50,000).

-  Applicable CCNL:
Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).

-  The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
