Responsibilities and main activities Conduct functional analysis with clients and partners, translating business needs into AI‑based solutions.
Define and coordinate functional tests to verify compliance with client requirements.
Manage content of functional analysis documents for projects.
Support the definition of project solutions and effort estimates in collaboration with technical leads.
Coordinate technical‑functional support for on‑site installations.
Participate in pre‑sales activities, preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFQ, POCs and project documentation.
Support preparation of project proposals and applications for funded calls.
Contribute to scouting and development of new research and innovation projects.
Assume the role of Work Package Leader in funded projects when required.
Act as a reference point for clients, guiding team activities to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
Requirements PhD or Master’s degree in Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
Proven experience as AI Solution Analyst, AI Consultant, Business Analyst or in similar roles.
Experience managing functional analysis and requirement gathering activities.
Strong ability to interface with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience defining project solutions and estimating effort.
Experience in technology innovation and/or funded projects.
Excellent analytical, organizational and coordination skills.
Good command of English.
What we offer Permanent contract under the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.
Annual gross salary in the €42,000–€50,000 range, in line with the CCNL, based on objective criteria.
