Position
Cyber Security Service Manager  – Rome Laurentina office.

Responsibilities

Supervising that the provision of managed (MSS) and non-managed services occurs effectively and efficiently, implementing all necessary actions to ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA) and dedicating daily efforts to Continual Service Improvement.

Representing the main interface with the Customer as well as the liaison and coordination point for the activities of Leonardo's technical verticals dedicated to service delivery.

Organizing and conducting periodic service reviews with Customers, presenting the performance of the services provided, managing critical issues and proposing solutions, adoption of new technologies and/or process improvements.

Coordinating any escalations in the event of serious incidents/changes that may impact service delivery.

Assuming the role of Service On-boarding Manager during the onboarding phase for governance of activities and the collection of information to define necessary steps and key elements for activation of security services provided for in the contract.

Drafting and constantly updating relevant deliverables.

Qualifications

Education:

Degree in technical disciplines (STEM) or equivalent culture.

Seniority:  Senior. 5-10 years of work experience in Cyber Security and/or Security Service Manager and/or Management role required. Brief experience in technical working groups in the field of Cyber Security service delivery is a plus.

Technical and IT Knowledge and Skills

Ability to conduct projects in Cyber Security, in multidisciplinary and multi-service contexts.

Ability to draft relevant documentation, to support the operational verticals dedicated to Cyber service delivery.

Responsibility and management skills for heterogeneous functional work groups, both local and remote.

Knowledge of services provided by a SOC and a Digital Center (RTSM, SDM, SSM, Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, etc.).

Knowledge of the start-up phases of managed services, provided by a SOC.

Knowledge of the technical parameters that characterize each service provided by a SOC.

Knowledge of the main attack vectors in the current landscape.

Knowledge of the phases of an APT type attack.

Knowledge of NIST frameworks and their mapping with services provided by a SOC/Digital Center.

Knowledge of ITIL Framework content.

Knowledge of main Cyber Security technologies (WAF, PROXY, ANTISPAM, FIREWALL, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/MDR).

Language Skills
English language knowledge B1 level or higher.
