For one of the world's largest producer and marketer of fresh fruit and vegetables we are looking for an ERP Senior Business Analyst.
Position overview
The Senior Business Analyst has a strong background in ERP (with a strong preference for JDEdwards Enteprise One) implementation projects and possesses project management skills, and a good understanding of integration systems and paradigms. The role involves working on both business-as-usual activities and evolutionary projects.
Major duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end ERP improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Analyze business processes and requirements to develop detailed functional specifications for ERP solutions.

• Design, configure, and test ERP modules to meet business needs, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

• Provide expert guidance on ERP integration with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

• Conduct comprehensive system and user acceptance testing and deliver training to end-users to ensure successful adoption.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, process maps, and user manuals.

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project objectives.

• Guarantee business continuity through troubleshooting issues and providing advanced support to users, both directly and with third-party support.
Knowlege and skill requirements:

Education:

University degree in information technology or related field or equivalent work experience

• English: intermediate

•

Experience:

minimum 5 years as Business/ERP Analyst on ERP implementation or improvement projects

• Previous Positions (Preferably): ERP Senior Consultant / Analyst

- Technical competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems is required; applicants with an extensive JDEdwards experience are strongly preferred.

• Good and diversified knowledge of at least three of the following areas: procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and financial processes.

• Proficiency in understanding and implementing systems integrations.

• Experience with SQL, report writing, and data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Travel Requirement: occasional travel will be required.
