La risorsa sarà responsabile della pianificazione, gestione e delivery di progetti IT complessi, fungendo da punto di riferimento tra stakeholder business, team tecnici e fornitori esterni.
Opererà su iniziative legate a:
Digital Transformation Service Delivery Application DevelopmentIT Infrastructure Process Optimization System Integration Responsabilità principali:
Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti IT, dall'analisi dei requisiti alla messa in produzione.
Coordinare team multidisciplinari composti da sviluppatori, sistemisti, analisti funzionali e fornitori esterni.
Definire piani progetto, milestone, budget, rischi e KPI.Garantire il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi.
Supportare la raccolta dei requisiti business e la loro traduzione in soluzioni tecniche.
Monitorare SLA, performance operative e livelli di servizio.
Gestire attività di governance progettuale e reporting verso il management.
Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo e ottimizzazione dei processi.
Assicurare un'efficace comunicazione tra stakeholder tecnici e business.
Gestire escalation e criticità progettuali individuando tempestivamente le azioni correttive.
Competenze tecniche:
Project Management tradizionale e Agile.
IT Service Management (ITIL).Business Analysis e Process Assessment.
Disegno e implementazione di soluzioni ICT.Governance dei servizi IT.Conoscenza di infrastrutture Cloud e architetture enterprise.
Familiarità con strumenti di project planning e reporting.
Esperienza:
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT.Esperienza nella conduzione di programmi complessi in contesti enterprise.
Background tecnico maturato in ambito sviluppo software, infrastrutture o sistemi informativi.
