Main Responsibilities :
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of operational and commercial agreements (including distribution, sales, marketing, services and supply agreements in the ICT / Telco sector, including finance related agreements).
Drafting official documents, policies, and awareness materials.
Ensuring business legal compliance with external regulations and internal policies, with a focus on the implementation of competition law, trade secrets protection, anti‑bribery, and the 231 legislative decree.
Providing legal assessment opinions during daily operational activities within the company.
Advising on IT / TMT regulatory frameworks and the commercial impact of legislative changes.
Working closely with different company stakeholders.
Learning and understanding complex and innovative businesses to provide proactive legal advice that ensures efficient and compliant business development.
Providing legal support to other European platforms as needed.
Requirements :
Law Degree
Bar qualification to practice as a lawyer is a plus.
Minimum 3‑5 years of working experience in‑house or at a law firm, preferably in IT / TMT / Competition / Public Law & Regulatory / Compliance domains.
Legal background in corporate law, compliance (231 model, anti‑bribery, GDPR, trade secrets protection), business law, civil law and contract review. Experience in litigation, tender contracts in both private and public environments, competition law, administrative and public contract law, labour law is a plus.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills together with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, engagement, flexibility.
Ability to work and manage issues and business projects independently.
