Business System Engineer Supervisor​/Tech Rep

Why this role matters  In this role, you’ll be the key bridge between operations and IT—making sure our warehouse and shipping systems meet real‑world needs while staying aligned with global IT standards. You’ll help shape how healthcare moves, from warehouse to patient.
Key responsibilities   Lead the design, testing, and rollout of HELIX—our next‑generation global platform for order and warehouse management
Propose, test, and implement smart solutions that improve our healthcare logistics systems, including WMS and shipping platforms
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, supporting compliance and operational excellence
Work directly with clients, operations teams, engineers, quality control, and global IT to deliver high‑impact solutions
Manage cross‑functional projects with a high degree of ownership and visibility
Receive dedicated training on healthcare compliance systems and UPS’s digital tools

Your qualifications & experience

Education:

a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or similar

Experience:

1+ year in supply chain, logistics, or consulting roles. Healthcare logistics experience is a big plus
Tech & Systems: familiar with SCM systems (SAP, WMS, TMS); strong in MS Office;
Visio, SQL, and Access are a plus
Mindset: analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
Language: fluent English (written and spoken)
Mobility: willingness to travel as needed
