Responsibilities
Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs and has responsibility for Programmes and Projects to Clinical Centres and Patients with a view of delivering the very best of IQVIAs experience expertise and capabilities.

The role is a concrete opportunity to shape one of the most exciting segments in Health Care and entails the following :

Provide Management reports relating to Programmes finances and performance.

Provide input into project proposals and RFPs and participate in proposal development and sales / proposal presentations.

Acts as a single point of contact for project / program status.

Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the companys standards.

Design delivery and management of innovative solutions projects for Clients.

Planning programs and project management including setting deadlines prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Work with line managers to ensure that any study staff or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved.

Ensure that staff work to the highest standard in compliance with current SOPs relevant guidelines / policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

5 years of work experience either in Services (consulting project management) or in Industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in large corporate settings with accountability for P&L and results.

Excellent organizational leadership client relationship skills.

Outstanding analytics problem solving.

Experience and passion for Health Care.

BS/C or Master Degree.

Proficiency in English.
