The selected candidate, according to the agreed Internal Production plan, will support the creation, execution, and follow-up on the work schedule of the manufacturing department.
Main accountabilities:
Support the team in monitoring the production status;
Manage KPIs and use a reporting system to check production status and produce relevant weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting;
Ensure the constant updating of the system;
Update Excel/Access Tools;
Collaborate with the External Network/Purchasing department to ensure the fulfillment of the outsourced phases;
Support the team in handling relations with the PM office to ensure the project's progress.
Skills:
Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
Fluent in Italian and English
Knowledge of production processes and techniques
IT applications (ERP/SAP, Excel)
Quantitative data analysis
Accuracy & attention to details
Result orientated
Strong attitude to Problem Solving
Good communication and interpersonal skills
