Position: Production Supervisor - Radda in Chianti (SI)
Experteer Overview As Production Supervisor, you drive the performance of one or more production lines within the Production Department in a luxury fashion house. You balance quantitative targets, quality standards, and safety, while promoting continuous improvement. You lead and coach line staff, align daily work with the production plan, and collaborate with planning, cutting, and warehouse teams. You’ll work in an international, fast‑paced environment, shaping efficiency and a safe, proactive team culture.

This role offers a chance to deepen luxury manufacturing know‑how and participate in lean projects.

Benefits and Responsibilities Lead and mentor production line teams, developing technical skills through polyvalence projects

Plan and assign daily tasks; coordinate with Planning Dept to align with the production plan Monitor material availability in collaboration with Cutting and Warehouse Identify bottlenecks and implement data‑driven solutions to improve efficiency

Plan machine/tools improvements and line reorganizations with Continuous Improvement Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and safety culture

Provide guidance to improve safety behaviors and daily reporting on efficiency, quality, and volumes

Qualifications

Master in Engineering or equivalent experience in Quality field

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environments

Experience in luxury/fashion is a plus Fluent in Italian and English;
French is a plus Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting

Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and good teamwork with clear communication
