Responsabilità
Coordinare e supervisionare un team di circa 12 operatori di reparto.
Organizzare il lavoro e garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività produttive su 3 turni.
Monitorare l'efficienza produttiva, intervenendo o segnalando eventuali criticità.
Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di qualità e delle tempistiche produttive.
Collaborare con manutenzione e programmazione per garantire continuità operativa.
Qualifiche richieste
Esperienza consolidata in reparti produttivi.
Precedente esperienza nel coordinamento e gestione del personale.
Buone capacità organizzative, leadership operativa e problem solving.
Disponibilità al lavoro su turni (3 turni).
