Sarà responsabile di un gruppo di 6 persone e 20 presse. Gestirà direttamente e in maniera autonoma attività di cambio stampo con avvio macchina.
Deve aver maturato una esperienza almeno 3 / 4 anni come capo turno o Vice capo turno.
Deve provenire da realtà del mondo plastica con buona conoscenza termoindurente e termoplastico (stampaggio ad INIEZIONE, preferibilmente con esperienza su stampaggio PEEK).
E' gradita la provenienza dal settore automotive.
Il candidato ideale è autonomo nelle attività di cambio stampo, nella gestione della squadra e nella gestione delle problematiche di qualità del prodotto.
