Assistant Brand Manager

We are seeking a talented Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic and international team. In this role, you will contribute to the growth of iconic brands and support strategic development across Italy, Portugal, and Spain.

Activities & Responsibilities The candidate will be in charge of:
-  Supporting the Brand Manager in developing brand strategy and equity
-  Implementing marketing plans (ATL, BTL) to drive profitable growth in collaboration with Media and Trade Marketing teams
-  Developing and executing brand communication and activation programs, including promotions and sponsor ships
-  Contributing to innovation initiatives and product/packaging development processes
-  Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior (You Gov, Circana-IRI) to turn data into actionable insights
-  Managing relationships with creative agencies and internal stakeholders
-  Supporting budget management and coordinating financially sustainable plans and related P&LQualifications We need someone with a positive attitude, proactivity, and strong motivation, combined with analytical skills and a hands-on approach. Teamwork and active listening are essential.

What you will need:

-  Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Management Engineering (or equivalent)
-  1–2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in FMCG
-  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-  Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
-  Fluent in English and Italian;  Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

- Experience with You Gov and Circana-IRI tools
