For an extremely versatile position at the Tratterhof Mountain Sky Hotel we might be looking for exactly you!
If you are  digitally savvy  and have  very good written and spoken language skills  (German, Italian and English), you are the ideal candidate for this position. You bring motivation and joy for sales and are not afraid to get in direct contact with potential guests by phone. You are cheerful and enthusiastic about your work.
You share your responsibilities with your teammates in the  sales and marketing department  and you enjoy switching between the described areas of responsibility and make your work exciting.
With your activities you contribute decisively to the positive operating result.
Active acquisition of new customers via digital media and  telemarketing
Quotation preparation via  ASA hotel software and "Korrespondenzmanager"  and digital tools
Supporting the creation of the annual  marketing plan
Implementation of the marketing plan according to  corporate identity
Monitoring regarding the  achievement of the set targets
Operational marketing on all tourism relevant channels
PR work print and online
Google Ads
Facebook  campaigns
Content creation for all channels
Website and social media maintenance
Maintenance of digital in-house platforms
Creation of in-house print materials
Evaluation management
Maintenance of content on booking websites and OTAs
Support of various projects in tourism marketing
Public relations for the Italian market, the DACH region and key international markets
Social Media Marketing
Social media monitoring
Previous knowledge of  Adobe graphics software  is an advantage
