We are looking for a full-time  Marketing Intern  to join our international team. The ideal candidate is an Italian-speaking professional, fluent in English, with a passion for  innovation, technology, and luxury fashion , and a strong interest in marketing, the latest trends, and technology in fashion ecosystems globally.

Your role :

You will support Ingenium’s marketing activities, contributing to the development of our digital presence and communication strategy. You will work across social media, content, digital marketing, and market research, helping us identify relevant trends and opportunities within the global Fashion and Luxury ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of  marketing activities and strategies .
Conduct  market and trend research  within the Fashion, Luxury, and Innovation ecosystems.
Contribute to  social media management and community engagement  across major platforms, including Linked In and Instagram.
Assist with the creation and optimization of  marketing and communication content .
Support  digital marketing and SEO activities , including content optimization.
Research  emerging trends, technologies, brands, and startups  relevant to the Fashion and Luxury ecosystem.
Monitor and analyze  marketing performance and engagement metrics .
Contribute to the preparation of  presentations, reports, and marketing materials .
Support the team across ongoing  projects, initiatives, and events .

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in  Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
Fluent in Italian and English .
Excellent written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of  marketing principles and digital strategies .
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g.  Linked In, Instagram,Twitter/X ).
Basic understanding of  SEO and content optimization practices .
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose  innovative marketing ideas  to reach target audiences effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to a  fast-paced environment  and work effectively both independently and within a team.
Passion for  Fashion, Luxury, Innovation, Technology, and Made in Italy .
Flexibility to start as an intern with the  potential for full-time hiring based on performance and company needs .
