Position: Private Duty Home Health Nurse LVN Sign on Bonus
Overview   Amazing Care Home Health  provides  Private Duty Nursing , which differs from other Home Health Nursing. You work with one patient per shift (not multiple visits). Shift lengths vary to accommodate what works best for your schedule. The patients and families rely on the nursing you provide. We value our employees and are available 24/7 to support them. On-the-job training is provided for each patient you will be working with so you can feel confident going into their home.
Sign-on bonus:  Full-time paid after 90 days: $2,000.00;
Part-time paid after 90 days: $1,000.00.
Schedule & Openings   Both Full-Time and Part-Time available

Responsibilities   Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Maintain accurate and complete medical records using a web-based electronic medical records system
Qualifications   Active LVN/LPN or RN license
Current BLS Certification
Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
