You’ll build a high-performing team, manage non-conformances and complaints, and collaborate with regional leadership to support growth and safeguard customers and consumers. Develop and implement a QMS aligned with FSSC
22000, ISO
9001, RSPO and other relevant standards
Secure approvals and certifications through robust QMS documentation
Drive site-wide quality strategy aligned with global/ regional goals
Foster a strong quality culture and continuous improvement across teams
Oversee internal non-conformances and customer complaints with effective resolution
Build and lead a high-performing Quality team, including onboarding and coaching
Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
Over 10 years in a quality role with team management in food or chemical industries
Experience setting up and managing QMS
Strong knowledge of QMS standards: FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, Organic certifications
Proficient with digital tools:
Microsoft Office Suite, LIMS, SAP
Technical expertise in chemical procedures, physical measurements, and analyses (GC, GC-MS, HPLC)
Sensory analysis experience is a plus
Excellent communication with stakeholders; analytical and data-driven; autonomous decision-making in fast-paced environment
Fluency in Italian and English
