QA/QC Manager – EAF Furnace Project (Sweden). We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a major Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) project in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction, mechanical, piping, structural steel, electrical, and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System.

Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, procedures, and international standards.

Coordinate and supervise QA/QC inspectors and quality personnel on site.

Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.

Monitor inspections, testing activities, and material receiving processes.

Manage non-conformities (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause investigations.

Interface with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors on all quality-related matters.

Support audits, quality reviews, and project reporting activities.

Ensure proper turnover and compilation of quality dossiers and final documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in industrial construction projects.

Previous experience in steel plants, metallurgical facilities, EAF projects, heavy industrial, EPC, or large‑scale construction projects is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of international quality standards and inspection requirements.

Experience managing multicultural teams and working in international project environments.

Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
