Position: Digital QA Specialist (3D Assets) (m/f/d)
Position Overview  You make sure our scanned assets meet the highest standards for AI training and scientific research. As our Digital QA Specialist, you bring an eye for detail and real staying power to systematic quality checks on our 3D scanned assets, comparing them against reference material and defined checklists to catch issues before they move downstream. This is screen-based work: you'll inspect assets digitally on your monitor rather than handle physical objects;

however, will include training on our 3D Scanners. This is not a a position of quality assurance and consistency, ideal for someone with solid 3D fluency who thrives on precise, quality-driven work.
This full-time role is on-site at our office in Brixen/Bressanone, Italy.
Main Responsibilities   Perform systematic quality checks on 3D scanned assets against defined criteria and checklists
Inspect geometry, textures, and materials for artifacts, errors, or inconsistencies
Compare assets to reference material and specifications to spot deviations
Log flagged issues in our tracking system for the production team to address
Re-check corrected assets to confirm issues have been resolved
Follow standard operating procedures for each asset category
Maintain organized, accurate records of processed assets
Report recurring or unusual issues
Requirements   Background in 3D production, asset creation, or a related field
Meticulous, detail-oriented mindset you notice things others miss
Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume, checklist-based work
Reliable, consistent, and accurate under a steady daily workflow
Working proficiency in English
Nice-to-Have   Previous experience with 3D scanning or photogrammetry workflows
Familiarity with 3D software (e.g. Blender, Substance Painter) and P  asset structure
Previous experience in quality control or inspection roles

Experience with spreadsheets or ticketing/tracking tools
Previous experience in a production environment
