Offer Description  The selected subjects will be involved in activities of the first Level I Master's Degree in "Tourism and Hospitality 4.0." Policies will be identified to enhance and develop the tourism sector through growth strategies and the enhancement of local tourism offerings. Data analysis will be essential to provide objective support in proposing solutions aligned with sustainable development. It will be crucial to develop analyses that enhance the skills of students and the knowledge of tourism businesses, so that they can achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in their management.

To this end, digital solutions will need to be identified to improve the quality of services offered and, consequently, customer satisfaction.
