Offer Description
The research program is positioned within the field of sustainable pharmaceutical chemistry and will focus on the identification of high-cost synthetic processes with a significant environmental impact currently employed in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients and key pharmaceutical intermediates. The researcher’s activity will be devoted to the optimization and development of alternative, low-impact synthetic protocols through the implementation of green strategies based on enzymatic catalysis and photobiocatalysis for key synthetic steps

These degrees must be relevant to the subject of the research activity.

Further specific assessable qualifications (see Art. 1 par. 1 Call for applications) :
Experience in organic synthesis, organometallic chemistry, method development, photochemistry, and the purification and characterization of organic compounds, including proficiency in GC and HPLC techniques and in UV–Vis,NMR, and circular dichroism spectroscopy
